Over six weeks, you will learn how to develop habits that not only create outward, physical changes, but you will develop a solid routine that will prove to you that living and loving a healthy and fit life isn't just for "those other women" - it's for you.
See - the secret isn't some quick-fix program. (And that's why I'm not trying to sell you on unrealistic six-week transformation promises...)

Within the Confident AF Challenge, your confidence will grow each week as you push yourself and discover what your mind and body is capable of. This program will not be focused on weekly weigh-ins like most challenges - instead, the focus will be on stepping outside of your comfort zone and creating daily changes that will make you fall in love with the process and set you up for a lifetime of success!
The first two weeks will be home-based, and we will be solidifying the fundamentals of lifting and training, while you get into the flow of following a routine, getting comfortable with the basics, and creating new habits.
The next four weeks will move you into the gym, where you will take the concepts and structure you used at home, gradually learn new exercises, while exploding your confidence with easy-to-follow training!

This challenge is split into two phases - a home phase & gym phase!

Set of dumbbells (for your first two weeks at home)
Two long-loop resistance bands (recommend lightest 15lb resistance - make sure you order two - you will use these for every training session)
