I've been there.

Let me tell you what I found after many years (and many dollars worth $$$) of trial and error - endlessly weeding through the jungle of health industry gimmicks and the truth:​ The secret is commitment and consistency.

And if I'm blunt... 90% of programs and coaches don't want to give you a plan that you can learn, understand, and stick to forever because if they did... well, you probably wouldn't keep falling off track and wouldn't need to keep running back to them. That means they don't get to keep taking your money.

You won't wonder any longer if you're doing the right things (instead, people will be asking you for tips)

You won't feel confused about nutrition. ("Are carbs bad? Can I eat this?")

 

And you won't feel like your workouts aren't working. (While taking up half your day.)

For prospective 1-on-1 Coaching clients, I require a short client application to be completed to make sure we would make a perfect team! I will be in touch with you within 48 hours. Once we decide to move forward, I require a minimum of two weeks from sign-up date to the start of your plan, to allow adequate time to create your custom program. During this time you will receive a Welcome Pack and all of the information you need to be ready to go!
