Create your personal account on the OPBA App. You will immediately receive access to all Badass Lifting Club Training Plans, On-Demand Workout Libraries, Cardio Programs, and Resources Collections.

 

Plus: You will receive an in-app support messenger for questions or exercise form reviews, and will become part of our supportive OPBA Community group.

BEGIN YOUR PLAN

Browse through the Badass Lifting Club training plans, choose which you want to begin with, and it will load to your training calendar. You will be guided through it day-by-day, and have the ability to pause, restart, or switch programs whenever you want!

TRAIN CONFIDENTLY

Never feel lost in the gym or unsure how to progress. Every workout provides full exercise guidance, built-in smart exercise swaps (for busy gyms or limited equipment - no more wondering what to do!), plus learning modules and videos.

  2. Full program access begins the day of enrollment.

  3. No refunds once plan has begun.

  4. Plan can be canceled anytime from within your account.

  5. There is no commitment period or cancellation fee.

  6. Plan cannot be extended or paused.

  7. After enrolling, you will be prompted to activate your purchase and download the OPBA App. Please make sure you activate your purchase immediately after enrolling so that your program will begin on time.

The Badass Lifting Club does not include customized training plans, nutrition guidance, macro assessments, or personal coaching (beyond exercise guidance and form reviews). Plans and workouts are pre-structured, with the ability to select exercises and equipment based on your needs.
