Your personal OPBA Coach will be there to answer your questions, help you with exercise form, and keep you motivated and accountable with monthly check-ins and nutrition assessments!

GET AFTER YOUR

GOALS

You will be guided through new training blocks every 6-8 weeks, and have the ability to see your upcoming schedule, move workouts to new days, or use home versions of any workout if the need arises! 

 

Each training block has been created to build upon what you accomplished during the last block - ensuring you are always progressing and never getting stuck in a rut in the gym.

TRACK YOUR

PROGRESS

As you are guided through every training session, you have the ability to quickly log your reps and weight - making it easy to see how you are progressing! Adjusted weight targets will push your limits and you will feel confident knowing you are always moving forward.

Busy gym or limited equipment? No worries. You can swap out exercises on the fly using the integrated Smart Swap exercises included in every workout.

Cardio plans are designed to gradually advance to break through potential plateaus and ensure you continuously progress. No matter what cardio plan you choose, you can tailor the equipment to what you have available or feel best with.

 

Cardio plans layer seamlessly on top of your training plan and can be paused or switched anytime you need.
