All workout guides, standalone plans, ebooks, and presets are digital products which cannot be returned/refunded after purchase. All sales are final. You will receive a download link at checkout and/or to your submitted email address for unlimited access or use.

1-ON-1 COACHING, PROGRAMS, AND CHALLENGES

All coaching programs are in an online format and come with a 48-hour (from date of purchase) money back guarantee - minus a $35 transaction processing fee - if you find that the format is not for you. If, within this 48 hours period you need to cancel, please email shayla@shaylarog.com with the email subject "Cancel - *your name*".

After this time period, no refunds will be made. At this point I have already begun creating your plan. If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the next payment period. After a payment has been processed, it is not refundable, but you may cancel for the next upcoming payment and continue to use your plan through the paid period.
